There are very few spaces left in modern life where you are not required to perform, respond, produce or prioritise someone else. This day is one of them!
Your Reset Day is a professionally facilitated, small-group retreat style day designed to help you slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with what truly matters. It’s not a spa day, it’s not a high-energy workshop, and it’s not about dramatic reinvention.
It is structured space that is thoughtfully guided, gently paced, and intentionally calm.
Over six hours, I will lead you through reflective coaching exercises, guided relaxation practices, and practical grounding techniques that support clarity, alignment and meaningful next steps.
The balance of deep relaxation and structured reflection ensures you don’t just feel calmer, you leave knowing what you want to move towards & the group is intentionally small to allow thoughtful facilitation, psychological safety and meaningful space for reflection.

Session Overview
Throughout the day, you will be guided through calming mindfulness practices that help you arrive fully and settle your nervous system. A structured deep relaxation session creates the internal quiet that so many of us rarely experience, allowing tension to soften and thinking to become steadier.
Alongside this, you will learn a simple facial relaxation ritual that can become part of your own morning or evening routine, a practical tool for easing jaw tension, softening the brow and creating a sense of grounded calm long after the retreat has finished.
There is also space for meaningful reflection. Through facilitated exercises, you will explore what truly matters to you now, where your energy is currently being spent, and where your life feels aligned or misaligned. From this clarity, we move gently into intention-setting, shaping realistic, values-led next steps rather than overwhelming goals.
If weather and setting allow, we may step outside for a gentle, accessible walk. Not as a performance or fitness activity, but simply to move, breathe fresh air, and allow insight to settle in a different environment. Sometimes clarity arrives when we are not sitting still.
The day closes with time to reflect, consolidate, and anchor what you want to carry forward. The emphasis is not on dramatic transformation. It is on steady reset and sustainable clarity.
Investment
The investment for this six-hour facilitated retreat is £55 per person.
Group size is intentionally limited to between eight and twelve participants to preserve the quality of the experience and allow thoughtful facilitation.
Refreshments and lunch are not provided, and you are invited to bring what you need to feel comfortable and nourished throughout the day (we ask people not to bring food items containing nuts).
This pricing is set deliberately to keep the experience accessible while maintaining depth and professional structure.
Bespoke Group Option
If you and a small group of friends have been meaning to create intentional time together, there is also the option to book Reset Day as a private, bespoke day for up to six people.
In this format, the day can be gently tailored around your shared themes, whether that is life transitions, future planning, reconnecting as friends, or simply stepping away from busy lives together.
