Reset Day – A Day to Regroup, Recharge & Reset around Nature (£75pp).

9am – 4.30pm

We have collaborated and created a one-day workshop retreat designed to help you step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, natural setting. Held in collaboration with like-minded wellbeing providers, and facilitators like myself, this Reset Day will offer time and space to breathe, reflect and recharge through gentle, grounding activities.

*some minor tweaks may happen to the session structure & order dependent on weather. All sessions we retain the primary focus of creating space in which to relax & reset.
