Explore different communication styles and preferences, uncover what it takes to feel heard, and learn how to communicate more clearly and confidently within the team.

Session 2: Pressure Points 

Identify the stressors and systemic factors that fuel friction. Dig beneath the surface of reactive behaviours to understand what’s really going on — and what can be done to ease the strain.

Session 3: Values & Strengths Alignment 

Discover the unique strengths each team member brings and align around shared values. Understand how values impact team culture, motivation, and how conflict is handled.

Session 4: From Reaction to Resolution 

Call out unhelpful behaviours with curiosity, not judgement. Learn practical tools for handling tough conversations and build a team culture of accountability, empathy, and psychological safety.
