CETMA (Community Engagement, Technology, Media & Arts), is a not-for-profit social enterprise based in Llanelli, South Wales, dedicated to supporting community development, learning, and engagement through technology and the arts.
Since its inception in 2008 as LlanelliTown.com, CETMA has grown into a dynamic organisation delivering a wide range of projects to meet local needs.
Enhancing Community Learning Resources
As a contributor to CETMA’s educational initiatives, I have played a key role in reviewing, refining, and developing learning resources to ensure they are inclusive, engaging, and impactful.
My work included the creation of an accredited NOCN unit in Resilience, designed to strengthen both personal development and professional skills. This unit will support learners in building confidence, emotional intelligence, and adaptability, vital qualities for work and life.
Internal Training and Staff Development
In addition to developing learning materials, I have delivered informal staff training focused on capacity building and professional growth.
These sessions aimed to empower CETMA’s team with the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to deliver their community-facing roles effectively.
My facilitation supported a culture of learning and reflection, key to sustaining high-quality community support services.
