Navigating Conflict in Everyday Relationships – £65pp

Conflict can show up anywhere, at home, with friends, in families, or in close relationships. Left unchecked, it can erode trust, increase stress, and make it harder to feel safe and understood. This gentle but powerful group coaching series helps you explore how communication, stress, values, and behaviour patterns affect your relationships, and gives you practical tools to handle tension more positively.

Delivered as either a full-day workshop (face to face), or four shorter sessions (online), Navigating Conflict in Everyday Relationships offers a supportive space to reflect, grow, and reconnect.

What We’ll Cover:

Session 1: Communication Counts
Learn how different communication styles impact connection, explore why it can be hard to feel heard, and discover more effective ways to express yourself with clarity and care.

Session 2: Pressure Points
Unpack the everyday stresses, unmet needs, and emotional triggers that can lead to conflict. Learn to recognise what’s really going on under the surface, in yourself and others.

Session 3: Values & Strengths in Relationships
Understand your core values and what really matters to you. Explore how differences in values and personality can lead to friction, and how they can also strengthen your relationships.

Session 4: From Reaction to Resolution
Look honestly at unhelpful patterns and behaviours, and learn how to respond rather than react. Gain tools for healthy conversations, setting boundaries, and moving forward with mutual respect.

Sessions will have min 8 – max 12 people to ensure a safe space in which to reflect.
