The YOU Project is designed to make coaching easier to access, both in cost and commitment. The YOU Project is a structured six-session journey designed to help women recognise themselves again, not as roles or responsibilities, but as individuals with needs, values and voice.
Blending deep emotional insight with practical behavioural change, the programme supports you to rebuild self and transition into your next chapter by taking up space differently in your life.

This group programme offers a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore personal growth alongside others who get it. Through peer connection, shared stories, and expert guidance, you’ll build confidence, clarity, and a network that lasts beyond the programme.
The experience will run over approximately two months, blending face-to-face workshops, live online sessions, and self-led reflection activities, giving you flexibility while still creating meaningful change.

Join “The YOU Project”, a transformational group coaching experience designed specifically for people like you, people who have spent so long prioritising others that they’ve lost touch with their own needs, desires, and identity.
The Six-Session Journey
The YOU Project combines two in-person workshops with four interactive online sessions supported by self-reflection activities and tasks in-between. Each stage builds on the last, moving from awareness to integration.
Session 1 – The Unravelling (In Person) Saturday 28th March 2026 (10am – 1pm)
A powerful opening workshop focused on recognising the roles, patterns and emotional habits that have shaped how you show up in your life.
Session 2 – Emotional Insight (Online). Saturday 11th April 2026 (9.30am – 12pm)
An interactive session exploring triggers, reactions and the deeper drivers behind over-functioning and self-minimising.
Session 3 – Boundaries & Self-Respect (Online). Saturday 25th April 2026 (9.30am-12pm)
A focused session on shifting from guilt and over-explaining to calm clarity and grounded limits.
Session 4 – Voice & Visibility (In Person). Saturday 9th May 2026 (10am – 1pm)
A practical, embodied workshop centred on presence, confidence and occupying space without apology.
Session 5 – Letting Go of Over-Responsibility (Online). Tuesday 19th May 2026 (5.30pm – 8pm)
A session dedicated to ending the rescue cycle and allowing others to carry their share.
Session 6 – Integration & Choosing Yourself (Online). Saturday 6th June 2026. 9.30am – 12pm)
The closing session anchors the identity shift, clarifying who you are becoming and how you will continue taking up space differently beyond the programme.
Optional: Saturday 11th July 2026. 9am – 10am. (Online Check-in)
I’ve decided to add in an opportunity for you to dial in and check-in with me and each other at the end of the program so this is an optional session that you will all have the link for. No plans, just space for check-ins, updates and conversation online with a cuppa in hand.

Taking up space differently looks like:
- Speaking without over-explaining
- Saying no without rehearsing it for days

- Pausing instead of immediately fixing
- Allowing silence
- Letting others carry their share
- Making decisions without seeking permission
- Resting without guilt
- Being seen without shrinking
