You will commit to working through some tasks and preparation which will help me get to know you better and you, to identify the “thing” that you want to shine a spotlight on in your coaching session. This could be a limiting belief, a barrier or challenge that you are facing, or a goal that you really want to pin down.

• Pre-session check in call – in this 30 minute call you will get a chance to check-in, ask questions and put yourself at ease.
• Pre-course tasking and preparation to support your coaching session
• 90-minute spotlight coaching session
• Tools you can take away from the session (electronic copies for your ongoing use)
• Access to the recording of your coaching session so that you can continue to review & reflect.
What do you need to do?
• Take accountability and recognise that you already have all the resources that you need to succeed. My job as your coach is to guide and facilitate you to own your success.
• Be prepared to commit to carrying out any pre-session work and tasking well and on time.
• Know that I will keep us focussed on the task in hand. My job is to keep us focussed to get the best out of your session.
• Your session will help you to shine a light on what you need to do next. Be ready to act!
